I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Jeff Pozzi as he helped me find a property to purchase. I was a challenging case because I live overseas and Jeff had to rely on a series of e-mails and telephone calls all while negotiating my sleeping and working hours.

I changed my search specifications and few times and Jeff didn't miss a beat.

We exchanged a lot of e-mails. A few times, I asked a couple of dozen questions in just one e-mail and Jeff took the time to thoroughly answer every last thing I mentioned.

He is a wealth of knowledge about the neighborhoods in NW San Antonio and was able to respond to my questions and add a great deal of information that I just was't smart enough to ask about.

He taught me quite a few things to include an important alert to pay attention to the seller's disclosures. That advice alone steered me clear of a couple of serious mistakes.

It's been 15+ years since my previous property purchase so it was a good thing I had Jeff at my service. He clearly explained how the purchase process would work.
